We are deeply grateful to the team at Mill Valley for their kindness, patience, and support. We were treated with compassion and understanding. Zack and Michelle were both wonderful and made sure I had the time and space I needed to make important decisions.

An optional service offered to us was to attend my mother’s cremation. While not a service we ever expected to seek out, the opportunity to be present for the cremation turned out to be one of the most meaningful and unexpectedly comforting parts of saying goodbye. Being there gave us the chance to accompany her all the way to the very end. It felt like a final act of care—a way of shepherding her spirit forward with love and intention. While this may not be a traditional choice for everyone, I would encourage anyone considering it to remain open. There was something profoundly human and grounding about it for us.

Terry met us at the crematorium, and he handled the process with such compassion and respect. We felt supported and never rushed. He made space for us, both physically and emotionally, and that made all the difference. This experience brought us peace. We’re deeply grateful.
